Overheard

Last night after I was done eating dinner, I began packing hubbies lunch to take with him when the following conversation took place:

Claire: "Mommy why do you always pack daddies lunch?"
me: "Because daddy needs to eat tomorrow while he is working hard to provide for our family, right?"
Claire: "I guess so. Does that mean I get to eat lunch too?"

Oh she cracks me up! Especially since she is wired just like her momma and neither of us have ever missed a meal, snack, or crumb a day in our lives!
